Judges’ comments
This mashup targets a market that is already well serviced online, and improves significantly on the existing offerings. Both the website and Android app have a great concept and appear well implemented, with a basic visual design. The use of government data (school zones, electoral districts) is not central to the app's success, but it demonstrates the use of government data to add further value to business. The focus on a highly visual presentation with minimal controls makes the site very engaging. Overall a well-thought-out, useful and high quality application.
